  • Q: Are these cleats suitable for both natural grass and artificial turf?

    • A: We offer specialized outsoles for various surfaces, including Firm Ground (FG) for natural grass and Turf (TF) / AG for synthetic pitches. Please refer to the product title and description to ensure you select the optimal plate for your game.

  • Q: Are these cleats for men or women?

    • A: All Astralvia cleats feature a Unisex Fit. They are designed to provide elite performance for all players.

  • Q: How do I choose the correct size?

    • A: Our professional cleats feature a snug, "second-skin" fit and run small compared to standard everyday sneakers. To ensure a perfect fit, please disregard your usual sneaker size and choose based on Foot Length (CM) in our Size Guide.

  • Q: What if I have wide feet?

    • A: If you have wide or thick feet, we strongly recommend sizing up by 1 full size from your measured CM size for optimal comfort.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Q: Can I exchange my cleats for a different size?

    • A: To get you back on the pitch as quickly as possible, Astralvia does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your original unworn item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size immediately.

  • Q: What is your return policy?

    • A: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your cleats are unworn and in their original packaging, you may return them within 30 days of receipt. Please contact info@astralvia.com to initiate a return.

    • A: We provide Free Standard Shipping across the United States. Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days.
